Projects
Here are the projects I am currently working on/have worked on.
TheSpacer - Personal/Science Communication
- As of 17/5/2025, I have written 40 articles, each covering a different aspect of what I’m interested in. Don’t get me wrong, these aren’t anywhere good enough to publish to magazines, but I’m hoping to use this as a jumping base for that later on.
- You can find the website here: thespacer-blog.com. Have fun!
- This website was build using AstroPaper.
MindNiche - My Physics Notes’ Organisation
I run and maintain a physics notes site, MindNiche. These notes are in paragraph form and come as a reaction against people selling their notes. I am an advocate for free knowledge and have thus attempted to put all the notes I’ve taken online in order to undermine the business of selling notes at a premium.
I’ve attached some rough statistics below. The website uses a modified version of AnubisNekhet’s AnuPpuccin theme and is built using Obsidian Publish.
STATS (06/2025):
- Words: 120k
- Visits: 5k
Feel free to donate through the link here: https://Ko-fi.com/cheesyminecart. Any support helps me keep these two sites afloat!
Research
- 23/6/2024 - 23/7/2024, I worked as a research intern for Dr. Andreas Ritter, a PostDoc at the Hong Kong Laboratory for Space Research, where I learnt SHAPEX and prepared a presentation using the Manim python library.
I am open to any IROPs/UROPs available to me.
Astronomy Outreach
- I have worked as a volunteer for the Hong Kong-based Galaxy Scientific Group, where I taught children how to use telescopes by providing demonstrations of both the smart SeeStar S50 and various Celestron refractor telescopes.
